   So came across an issue Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected back in August at that time I thought I was being charged for the game cause you had to pay for it to be in early beta access so I did. Now 10 days prior to the game release I got charged the money for Diablo. Issue is I wasnt planning for this charge so went over in my account and when I reached out to microsoft to refund my money for the game couldnt get the refund for 24-72 hrs so my bank charged me a fee for overdrafting my account. Long story short Microsoft please display on your pre-order games that 10 days prior to release your account will be charged so people can plan accordingly thanks!

   Check your statement as I said pre-orders do not get charged till 10 days prior to release. Yes it shows the visa card as that is whjat you have logged as your payment method for the pre-order. It is also possible to pre-download before release date. That
   just means you don't have to wait once release day comes along.

   Let me explain to you How pre orders work.

   IF you pre- order a game with a credit/debit card Microsoft will not charge that card till approximately 10 days prior to the game actually being released.

   IF you pre-order a game with Microsoft account currency/gift card the money will be withdrawn from that balance immediately.

   So if your order is showing as cancelled that normally means that when the time came for Microsoft to pull the money off of the card (approximately 10 days prior to game release) the money probably was not there Microsoft then tries 3 more times to charge
   the card and if at that point they still can not get the money they will cancel the order because they never received the money.

   Now if your bank account is showing a charge on a certain date for a certain amount you will want to match that up with your order history at account.live.com and see if there is a match to a purchase.

   Since Microsoft did not receive the money from the bank and it was declined your bank may have put a hold for the amount for some reason and you would need to talk to them about that hold.

   Haven't received Stick of Truth code from Fractured but Whole pre-purchase

   You will not receive Stick of Truth until you are charged for your pre-order of the game. Since MS now does not charge you for pre-orders until 7-10 days prior to the release of the game, you will need to wait until then to receive Stick of Truth.
